The walk of faith is not knowing where your destination will be, but knowing whom you are traveling with, and having your own spiritual GPS OF LIFE.
Many times I have questioned God’s unusual direction, but in the end, oh, have found Him to be correct.
Colossians 1:10-12 That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.”
Walk of faith has heavenly and earthly ramifications. it affects others who are in our lives.
So who are we trusting with our walk?
The author, C.S. Lewis, writes in his book, Narnia, a question. “Is the lion (God) safe?” The reply is, “NO, HE IS NOT SAFE, BUT HE IS GOOD!” That is our Father in Heaven! He is not safe, but He is Good!
Nothing can touch a child of God, without His permission. Troubles and trials can tempt us to ignore the Holy Spirit’s prompting, but know this the Will is perfect for us. Walking in obedience is the only way to peace. Paul writes from prison, Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with Thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.“
I LOVE THIS ONE IN ISAIAH!! Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, Because he trusts in you.
Today thank the Lord for saving you and His careful watch over you.
